We are currently looking for: Independent Agent with own Book of Business (commission only %)

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 1 year as a Freight Broker
• Must be Book of Business — Your own customers that you will be working with
• Spoken English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Personal computer for remote work
• Fast internet connection
• Customer-oriented mindset, ability to care about clients and provide high-quality service according to company standards
• Strong motivation to work productively, earn more, and achieve goals
• Self-discipline and responsibility for your results
• Ability to resolve disputes and find optimal solutions

Responsibilities:

• Full organization and coordination of freight movement
• Communication with customers and drivers in English (verbal and written)
• Servicing current clients according to company standards and searching for new ones
• Always staying in touch and responding promptly to all calls and emails
