JOB DESCRIPTION

Murka is looking for a Junior Monitoring Specialist to join our friendly team. We want you to become a valuable part of the company’s projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitoring the operation of servers by means of the Nagstamon program;
Anomaly detection in Firebase, Tableau, different dashboards;
Work with users' tickets in HelpShift;
Service desk monitoring;
Smoke testing.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in mobile games testing;
Experience in Google docs and Google sheets;
Knowledge of VPN-technologies;
Attention to details;
Ability to work with a number of tasks simultaneously;
Ability to be a team player.
