About Us:
At PIMVendors, we are in the early stages of establishing Navigatio Agency, a dynamic branch dedicated to serving a diverse range of external clients within the B2B marketing service sector.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. We welcome early-career candidates who are eager to grow and develop with us.We offer training and support to help develop skills in sales development operations and modern toolstacks. If you’re passionate about sales, client communication, and helping businesses achieve their goals, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
We believe true professionalism comes from being fully immersed in the process. That’s why our team takes care of client acquisition on behalf of our customers — and your role will be to:- Keep track of the lead status and progress in the CRM system to ensure an efficient sales pipeline (the first stages of it);
- Conduct preliminary research on potential clients, gathering information about their companies builidng a well-personalized and revelvant communication over e-mail or LinkedIn;
- Identify the client’s needs and effectively communicate the value of our design services;
- Qualify leads and schedule calls with the sales manager for those who match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Requirements:
- (preferebly, but not required)1+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR experience is a plus);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Ability to effectively communicate the value of our customer’s services;
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred;
- A positive attitude and a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s success.
