Customer support representative (sales)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize strategies.
• Prepare and present reports to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in support or sales, preferably in the vape or consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of the customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed for trade shows.
