We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our business development efforts by identifying and engaging potential clients through LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute targeted LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Build, update, and maintain a structured database of prospective customers, including basic research and data validation.
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn and email to introduce Crunch’s services, using proven messaging frameworks and optimizing based on feedback and results.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and spreadsheets to manage daily outreach activities and reporting.
- Track outreach performance and share insights with the team to improve response rates and overall lead generation effectiveness.
- Support broader lead generation initiatives and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, outreach, sales development, or a similar role.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured processes.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
