About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO to support our UK operations based in London. This is a key role requiring strong organisational skills, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment. Please note: this position may involve irregular working hours, shifting priorities, and a high level of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the CEO’s daily schedule to ensure all meetings and commitments are efficiently coordinated
  • Organise business travel: book hotels, arrange transfers, and provide full travel support
  • Provide office administration support for the London office
  • Conduct information research and prepare summaries and materials
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, calls, and business events
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare documentation, and work with business correspondence
  • Communicate and negotiate with vendors and service providers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations
  • High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of working effectively with vendors and partners
  • Professional communication skills and discretion
