    About the Company

    Almco Plumbing is one of the fastest-growing plumbing companies in California, specializing in epoxy pipe lining and trenchless sewer repair. Operating since 2001 and under Ukrainian ownership since 2019, we focus on innovation, growth, and a high-quality customer experience on the U.S. market.

    Position Purpose

    We are looking for a strategic Marketing Manager, not a narrow specialist. This role is responsible for building and managing a full marketing system, including performance marketing, SEO, brand development, budget management, analytical reporting, and team coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    Marketing Strategy & Planning

    • Develop 3−6-12 month marketing strategy and marketing plans.

    • Build media plans, performance plans, forecasts and monthly priorities.

    • Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.

    Team & Vendor Management

    • Manage and control internal and external specialists:

      SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Web Developers, Designers, Videographers, SMM & PR.

    • Select and hire specialists/vendors when needed (recruiting & vendor management).

    • Assign tasks, set KPIs, control timelines and performance.

    Budgeting & Performance Analytics

    • Create monthly/quarterly marketing budgets.

    • Optimize advertising costs and improve CPL, CAC and ROAS.

    • Track and justify marketing spend using metrics and dashboards.

    • Develop weekly & monthly dashboards for business owner (Google Data Studio / BI tools).

    Performance & Lead Generation

    • Manage and optimize Google Ads, META Ads, GMB, Yelp, YouTube.

    • Control lead quality: amount, booking rate, revenue range, closing rate.

    • Improve conversions throughout the sales funnel (Lead → Appointment → Sale).

    SEO & Content

    • Manage SEO work: on-page, off-page, Local SEO (San Diego & Los Angeles).

    • Coordinate content creation for web, social, YouTube and local listings.

    • Improve company visibility and brand credibility on the U.S. market.

    Reporting & Communication

    • Provide weekly reports on marketing campaigns and ROI.

    • Maintain a unified report tracking all channels, analytics and KPIs.

    • Communicate with Sales and Operations teams to align business goals.

    Compliance & Industry Standards

    • Ensure all marketing complies with U.S. advertising and data regulations.

    Required Performance Indicators

    Candidates must understand and be able to work with metrics such as:

    • CPL (Cost per Lead)

    • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

    • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

    • LTV (Lifetime Value)

    • CTR / CPC / CPM

    • Lead-to-Appointment & Lead-to-Sale conversion rates

    • SEO keyword rankings

    • GMB/Yelp lead volume & reviews

    Minimum Requirements

    • Higher education in Marketing, Business or related field.

    • 2+ years experience in internet/performance marketing with budgets 20,000−30,000 USD/month.

    • English level: Upper Intermediate (for communication with U.S. specialists).

    • Proven experience managing advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, GMB, Yelp).

    • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio (Looker), CRM.

    • Experience in team or vendor management (mandatory!).

    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

    • Case studies or achievements confirming past results.

    We Will Not Consider Candidates Who:

    • Worked only as SMM or content manager without analytics.

    • Only launched ads without strategy, budgeting or reporting.

    • Do not understand CPL, CAC, ROAS or cannot interpret data.

    • Cannot manage or recruit specialists/vendors.

    • Cannot provide portfolio, cases or examples of past performance.

    Company Goals for This Role

    Examples of performance goals (orientation only):

    • Top SEO rankings for key queries in San Diego.

    • 40+ leads/month from GMB in San Diego, 10+ in Los Angeles.

    • Reduce lead costs (Google Ads, Yelp, Google Guarantee) by 10−15%.

    • Generate 15−20 quality leads/month from Meta.

    • Monitor, optimize and scale advertising channels with positive ROI.
