Business Unit Head OTC

Delta Medical is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Unit Head with full P&L responsibility. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and proven experience in category development, market share growth, and effective portfolio management within the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete accountability for the P&L of the entire Business Unit;
• Creating a category entry blueprint along with the management to strategize on market entry and required resources to achieve the company market share target;
• Achievement of the top line, market share and bottom line targets for the category by developing short term and long term marketing and sales objectives once resources are in place;
• Leverage upon existing relations to drive quick turnaround in market penetration and improve the service reach to the consumer Portfolio management and regularly review competitor landscape and pricing strategy;
• Efficient utilization of brand support activities budgets for the brands assigned by conducting detailed financial planning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience;
• Higher education (Medical/Pharmaceutical);
• Marketing qualification would be beneficial;
• Fluent English is a must.
