Safety Assistant (USA Logistics)

LNG Holding is looking for a Safety Assistant with strong communication and organizational skills to help our team manage safety processes, driver setup, and compliance. This role is key to maintaining safe operations, helping drivers, and supporting the Safety Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fully set up new drivers — install all programs and train them on logbook use.
• Call drivers about ELD, Samsara, and other safety or document-related issues.
• Teach drivers basic HOS and FMCSA rules (without going deep into technical parts).
• Do audits — check trucks for stickers, documents, and compliance items.
• Handle registrations and permits — request and prepare documents.
• Support the Safety Department with daily administrative and reporting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Stress-resistant, calm, and professional under pressure.
• English B2 level (spoken and written).
• Good communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of ELD, HOS, and FMCSA rules.
• Previous experience in trucking, dispatch, or safety is a mandatory.
