Опис вакансії
We are looking for an employee to manage an online store on a daily basis and handle tasks related to content, customer communication, and order control. The store specializes in vitamins. The ideal candidate should have customer service skills, basic experience in creating visual content, and the ability to manage tasks using online tools. Below are the main responsibilities performed on a daily basis:
Creating simple advertising banners (AI + Canva): using AI tools and Canva to create promotional banners, including banners for sales, product updates, and social media visuals. Writing texts: preparing product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and marketing materials in line with the brand’s tone and key messages. Managing accounts on niche forums: actively participating in discussions, posting updates, and subtly promoting the online store’s products to attract the target audience. Telegram channel posts: daily management of a Telegram channel, publishing news, promotions, product updates, and engaging content to maintain subscriber interest. Preparing promotions (banner + text): creating graphics and copy for marketing campaigns and special offers to highlight new deals. Competitor price analysis: regularly monitoring competitor prices and analyzing changes to maintain competitiveness. Sending template emails to customers: working with templates for customer communication, including order confirmations, shipping updates, and post-sale emails. Updating product information: keeping website data up to date (prices, descriptions, stock availability). Monitoring shipments and tracking numbers: ensuring all orders have tracking numbers and informing customers about delivery status in a timely manner. Checking tracking numbers for orders: making sure every order has a tracking number, and taking action if it is missing. Processing orders based on invoices: organizing and processing orders according to received invoices, ensuring accurate records and data verification. Customer communication for simple inquiries: responding to questions about shipping, tracking, and payment timelines to maintain a high level of service. Basic understanding of ChatGPT and similar platforms is important, along with basic Excel knowledge.
Requirements:
- Intermediate English level (B1-B2).
- Ability to use modern online tools and the internet.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Excel, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
There are no phone calls with customers, so you have all the resources needed to respond to clients in any language.
Remote work.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00—19:00 (1-hour break).
