100 Villas + 70 Apartments (6 properties)

3 Laundries

The Executive Housekeeper is the high-ranking executive in a hotel, responsible for all housekeeping operations at hotel, including cleaning, maintenance, and laundry.

Responsibilities

  1. Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff
  2. Financial management: Set and manage a budget
  3. Quality assurance: Ensure the hotel is clean and meets guest expectations
  4. Customer service: Handle guest complaints and provide a good level of hospitality
  5. Operating procedures: Create and implement standards for housekeeping operations
  6. Training: Mentor new team members
  7. Communication: Communicate with housekeeping and laundry staff
  8. Inventory management: Manage inventory and purchasing
