Requirements:

• At least 1 years of experience as a dispatcher in Car Hauling
• Proven ability to work with brokers, negotiate effectively, and secure high-value loads.
• Proficiency in transportation platforms (Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, etc.).
• Expertise in route planning to optimize fuel, time, and expenses.
• Strong communication skills for seamless interaction with clients, drivers, and brokers.
• Advanced computer skills and familiarity with logistics software.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• High stress tolerance, accountability, and quick decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient routes for vehicle transportation, optimizing time, cost, and distance.
• Coordinate drivers at all stages of transportation.
• Communicate with brokers, negotiate deals, and secure the best rates.
• Monitor trip progress and promptly address any issues during transit.
• Manage loads through platforms like Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, and others.
• Continuously analyze the market to maximize company profitability.
• Maintain professional documentation, including load statuses, broker agreements, and trip reports.
