What You’ll Actually Do

• Conduct full SEO audits and find real growth levers
• Build and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page)
• Analyze competitors and form semantic cores
• Write smart, clear tasks for copywriters and devs
• Optimize site structure, tags, and implement Schema
• Manage link-building strategies (crowd, outreach, guest posts)
• Track results, test hypotheses, and adjust based on data
• Stay ahead of Google updates and trends

What We Expect

• 1+ years in SEO (agency or multiple projects preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GSC, GA, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat
• Strong keyword research and clustering skills
• Understanding of link building and off-page strategies
• Knowledge of Google algorithms, E-A-T, PageSpeed, and mobile-first principles
• Basic CMS knowledge (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
• Independence, ownership mindset, and curiosity
