Job Overview Nova Global is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (European Market). This role provides an opportunity to apply your expertise in logistics and e-commerce, develop tailored client solutions, build long-term partnerships, and contribute to the growth of a global organization.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international company or the logistics sector.
Proven experience in B2B sales across international European markets is essential.
Strong negotiation and business relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking, strategic vision, and a result-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of an additional European language is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Nova Global’s client base.
- Work in the CRM system to create new accounts, update sales funnel statuses, and manage communications with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Onboard new clients, facilitating their seamless integration into the company.
- Collaborate with the global sales team to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Actively engage in sales: interact with potential clients and present Nova Global’s solutions.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and marketing departments to execute business development strategies.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
