Join an international logistics company operating across the U.S. We are looking for energetic and responsible specialists to join our on-site team.

📌 Open Positions:

🔹 Dispatcher

• Manage freight routes and schedules across the U.S.

• Communicate with drivers and brokers

• Handle tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• English — Upper-Intermediate+

• Good communication and stress resistance

• Multitasking skills and attention to detail

🔹 Accounting Specialist

• Keep financial records and assist with reports

• Communicate with drivers and brokers about payments

• Support basic bookkeeping

Requirements:

• Attention to detail, time management

• English — Upper-Intermediate+

• Excel/Google Sheets (QuickBooks — a plus)

• Experience is a bonus — training provided

🕒 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday | 14:00 — 23:00

📍 Office-based position

🔹 Afterhours Dispatcher:

✔️ Monitor and support drivers outside regular business hours.

✔️ Handle urgent issues, load updates, and route changes.

✔️ Maintain constant communication with drivers and internal teams.

✔️ Ensure uninterrupted operations during afterhours.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Dispatch experience is a strong plus (training available for the right candidate).

✔️ Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✔️ English proficiency — Intermediate to Advanced.

✔️ Stress-resistant, responsible, and highly organized.

📆 Monday to Friday: 23:00 — 07:00.
