Safety, logbook, ELD manager in trucking company (USA)

CTS Express Inc. a company that has been operating in the U.S. freight transportation market for over 15 years. We are currently expanding and seeking for a Safety Manager to join our team. This is a full time job. Please pay attention that working days are Monday to Friday 7AM — 4PM (Chicago time) Seeking a loyal, communicative, and analytical problem-solver with management skills. We value talent over years of experience and offer full training.

Key responsibilities:

• LogBook service and daily review;
• Roadside assistance (Tires; Break Downs; etc);
• Preparing documents for new drivers and trucks;
• Annual review of different bases;
• Working with company database;
• Accident/incident reporting;
• Guide drivers on optimal fueling to reduce costs

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English B2 or better);
• Ability to multi task;
• Mathematical way of thinking;
• Well organized;
• Attention to detail;
• Team player;
• Positive attitude;
• Highly self-motivated;
• Knowledge of cars/trucks built will be a huge plus;
• Attention in routine work with documents;
