Marketing Project Manager

About the Role

Nova Global is looking for an organized and driven Marketing Project Manager to lead marketing initiatives from concept to final reporting.

This role is not about task supervision. It is about orchestration. You will ensure seamless collaboration between designers, copywriters, media buyers, and technical specialists while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and performance standards.

We are seeking a partner who understands marketing dynamics and knows how to optimize workflows in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects (campaign launches, special initiatives, content updates).

• Develop clear technical briefs for designers, copywriters, and technical teams.

• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality at every stage of the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate regular status meetings (daily/weekly syncs) and maintain project documentation.

• Manage team capacity: balance workloads and proactively prevent burnout.

• Collect performance data and prepare structured reports for leadership.

Requirements

Experience:

• 2+ years as a Project Manager in marketing (agency or product company).

Tools:

• Strong experience with task management systems (Jira preferred).

Soft Skills:

• Advanced communication skills.

• Conflict resolution abilities.

• Strong prioritization in multi-project environments.

Hard Skills:

• Deep understanding of the marketing campaign lifecycle.

• Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).

• Understanding of creative production processes.

English:

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools for workflow automation.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks in creative teams.

• Experience managing budgets and media planning.

• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Google Project Management.
