Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Audit and confirm freight invoices using our advanced web platform to ensure billing accuracy.
• Analyze complex shipment data to find ways to make logistics more efficient for our customers.
• Verify the logic behind financial calculations to maintain high-quality data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with international customers and colleagues across the globe using internal systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Intermediate English skills and a desire to work with people from many different cultures.
• Proven experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel for data tasks.
• Strong analytical thinking with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast learner who can handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience using JIRA software.
• Basic knowledge of the Logistics or transportation industry.
