Intern AI Prompt Specialist

HYS Enterprise is seeking a talented and motivated Intern AI Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will create and optimize prompts for advanced AI systems. If you’re passionate about AI, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!

About the project in our internship:

Our tool helps non-technical specialists create AI agents in CrewAI for business tasks using the Google Sheets interface, bypassing direct coding work in CrewAI.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of conversational AI and prompt development, preferably with expertise in OpenAI’s Assistant API;

• Capability to craft comprehensive, impactful AI prompts;
• Basic understanding of commands like: grep, curl, ls, cp, mv, etc;
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Git, and LLM;
• Basic knowledge of n8n or similar workflow automation tools;
• Knowledge of installing and configuring Linux systems;
• Upper-Intermediate English level;

• Based in Ukraine (with the option for occasional office visits). Responsibilities:
• Collaborating closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and functionality across various messaging platforms;

• Identifying and reporting issues, inconveniences, or functionality suggestions that must be addressed;
• Developing and executing conversational prompts tailored to meet the contractor’s needs;

• Continuously evaluating and refining prompts to improve interaction quality and enhance user satisfaction.

Working conditions:

• Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, 10.00−19.00

• Office-based / remote work;
• No time trackers or other bureaucratic measures;
• Practical experience on internal projects;
• Networking with experienced professionals willing to share their knowledge and experience;
