    Position Overview

    We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, functionality, and performance of AIScreen across multiple platforms, including Smart TVs, Raspberry Pi, and Android devices. From identifying issues to conducting regular tests, your work will be critical in providing a seamless and reliable experience for our users.

    Your Responsibilities

    Multi-Platform Testing

    • Test AIScreen software on various platforms, including Tizen, WebOS (LG), Android (Play Store), Rocky Linux, and Samsung Smart Hub.

    • Ensure full compatibility and functionality across these platforms.

    Device Testing

    • Install and test the Raspberry Pi, Android Sticks, and other types of digital signage sticks.

    • Troubleshoot installation and performance issues on new devices.

    Feature Validation & Bug Reporting

    • Test new features to ensure seamless integration and stability.

    • Identify, log, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps.

    • Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve critical issues.

    Content Delivery Testing

    • Ensure digital content loads correctly and synchronizes across all screens.

    • Identify and report issues such as display errors, sync failures, or delayed updates.

    Player Monitoring

    • Detect when players go offline or fail to display content.

    • Investigate recurring issues and assist in root cause analysis.

    Performance Tracking

    • Monitor system performance (load times, refresh rates, uptime).

    • Report any significant drops or anomalies with supporting data.

    Regression Testing

    • Conduct regression tests on updates and new releases.

    • Ensure previously fixed bugs do not reoccur.

    Test Automation Support

    • Assist in implementing automated testing for performance and regression testing.

    Test Case Development

    • Create and execute detailed test cases and scripts.

    • Ensure full test coverage across all platforms and new hardware.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain comprehensive test logs and performance reports.

    • Communicate outcomes and trends to leadership and engineering teams.

    UI/UX Feedback

    • Share insights and suggestions for improving the user experience.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in QA testing across multiple platforms and devices.

    • Familiarity with smart TV operating systems (Tizen, WebOS), Android, and Raspberry Pi.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

    • A proactive communicator who works effectively with remote development teams.

    • Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

    • Intermediate knowledge of written and spoken English.

    Performance Expectations

    • Deliver detailed bug reports within 24 hours of issue detection.

    • Complete testing for new releases within 48 hours of execution.

    • Proactively communicate issues and collaborate on solutions.

    • Adhere to AIScreen’s quality standards and feedback processes.
