What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for incoming client inquiries (CRM)
• Respond instantly and professionally to leads and nurture them through the funnel
• Track all interactions in CRM and ensure accurate follow-up
• Assist the CEO in preparing proposals, calls, and closing deals
• Monitor lead flow and optimize client communication
• Work closely with the founder and core team to constantly improve processes and results

You Are:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) — any other languages are a plus
• Punctual, highly responsive, and extremely organized
• Experienced with CRM tools (or fast to learn)
• Result- and KPI-oriented — you care about numbers and closing
• Eager to grow and improve every day
