Marketing Writer

IGaming product is looking for a proactive Marketing Writer (copywriter) with at least 1 year of experience to join our team and work with our growing online casino projects.

This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in content creation, work closely with user feedback, and contribute to building strong brand communication in the gambling industry.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a content writer or copywriter.
• Experience in the gambling industry, with knowledge of the specifics of online casinos and their offerings.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Strong understanding of writing marketing content, promotional materials, and reviews for online casinos.
• Willingness to handle repetitive but crucial tasks that require high attention to detail.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure content accuracy and quality.
• Excellent time management, self-management, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite.

Will be a plus:

• Proficiency in German language.
• Experience working in customer support role within the online gambling industry.
• Experience in writing reviews, with a focus on promptly responding to new feedback, adapting communication style based on the review’s nature.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and analyzing reviews about our projects on external platforms.
• Responding to reviews in accordance with established standards and guidelines, with a personalized approach to each review, and adding recommendations when necessary.
• Using various phrases and styles to create unique and personalized responses to user reviews.
• Including relevant promotions, bonuses, special offers, new games, and other incentives in responses when appropriate.
• Proposing solutions to address shortcomings in reviews that mention both positive and negative aspects, and asking clarifying questions to improve the user experience.
• Reviewing content for quality, grammar, and brand consistency before publication.
