Graphic Designer (Product Label, Packaging Support)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to provide graphic support for a manufacturing company. This role focuses on creating, editing, and ensuring quality control of product labels and packaging across a variety of formats, including buckets, bottles, and bags.

This position is not highly creative but instead requires precision, efficiency, and attention to detail in adhering to company templates and Amazon compliance requirements. The ideal candidate is a hard worker who thrives in tedious or repetitive tasks without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit labels and packaging designs following company templates and Amazon’s label requirements.

• Prepare files for printing and ensure accuracy in dimensions, layout, and compliance.

• Perform quality checks on all product labels before finalizing for print.

• Work with various packaging types (bottles, buckets, bags, etc.), adjusting designs accordingly.

• Maintain consistent branding across all product lines.

• Communicate effectively with team members in both the U.S. and LATAM to coordinate design needs.

• Stay on top of Amazon’s labeling policies and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

• Experience in print design, including label and packaging design.

• High attention to detail—capable of working on repetitive and precise tasks.

• Strong work ethic—dedicated to producing high-quality results while meeting deadlines.

• Good communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus but not required).

• Ability to work remotely, providing their own computer and equipment.

• Availability during Ukraine daytime working hours to overlap with U.S. and LATAM teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Amazon product labels and packaging regulations.

• Familiarity with print production processes.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or e-commerce environment.
