Senior Real Estate Sales Manager (Bali)

📍 Remote | Full-time | Investment Property Segment

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a background in international real estate for a remote position.

Our projects are located in one of the most attractive regions in the world — Bali.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in resort or investment real estate sales (mandatory);
  • Fluent English for working with clients (mandatory); additional foreign languages are a plus;
  • Experience working with clients from different countries (Australia, USA, Europe, MENA, Asia);
  • Understanding of international deal structures — leasehold / freehold, transaction process, role of agents;
  • Ability to present projects effectively online;

Languages:

  • Ukrainian, Russian — fluent
  • English — B2 level or higher (confident in phone negotiations)
  • Confident user of CRM systems (AmoCRM);
  • High level of self-organization, responsibility, and client orientation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing leads: guiding clients from initial inquiry to contract signing;
  • Conducting online presentations, selecting properties, calculating ROI;
  • Maintaining CRM database with accuracy: quick first response, task tracking, and meeting deadlines;
  • Participating in internal training on project details and market specifics.
