We’re looking for a skilled Sales Manager to strengthen relationships with our existing clients and lead effective negotiations that result in mutually beneficial outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying new collaboration opportunities.
• Lead negotiations to secure the most advantageous terms for both clients and the agency.
• Present service proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client communication.
• Actively generate new leads on Upwork: Search and qualify relevant projects Initiate client conversations
• Guide prospects through the sales funnel from first contact to deal closure

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or client relationship roles, ideally within a digital agency environment.
• Hands-on experience working with clients on Upwork (must-have).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills — you know how to turn conversations into win-win deals.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or others).
• English level Upper-Intermediate or higher — confident in both written and spoken communication.
