Опис вакансії

We are looking for people who want to build something bigger—a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.

You are our candidate if you:

  • Have 1 year+ of experience in customer service.
  • Know how to build a positive customer experience by finding the best solutions for client inquiries.
  • Are proficient in Estonian at a B1 level or higher.

What you will be doing:

  • Consulting on Nova Post Europe services across our countries of operation and managing core/additional services (pickup requests, redirection, returns, etc.).
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues, escalating through the hierarchy to Department or Directorate Directors when necessary.
  • Processing export and import applications in compliance with international law and partner requirements.
  • Managing the «Sorry Program»: selecting and initiating the delivery of gifts/promo codes and initiating reviews of claim decisions.
  • Conducting outreach: calling clients regarding group requests (collecting feedback on new products and service improvements).
  • Monitoring and tracking international shipments at all stages of transportation.
  • CRM Management: recording and managing tasks across all channels (calls, emails, chats, and inquiries).
