Ncase is the exclusive official distributor of the international brand Proove in Ukraine.

Proove is a young and ambitious brand founded in 2020, rapidly growing in the mobile accessories and gadgets market. Our portfolio already includes over 600 unique products. We have participated in some of the world’s largest exhibitions: Global Sources Consumer Electronics in Hong Kong and IFA Berlin.

We are looking for a Head of Sales who will help us conquer new markets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in active B2B sales for at least 3 years, preferably in international markets.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and analytical tools: maintaining client databases, analyzing sales trends, and forecasting demand.
  • Negotiation skills at the international level: knowledge of sales techniques, building long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Experience managing teams, including distributed and remote teams.
  • Аbility to build processes, achieve commercial goals, and work across different sales channels.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to undertake regular international business trips.
  • Experience interacting with foreign offices, including coordination with a Chinese office in English, will be an advantage.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing international B2B sales strategies.
  • Analyzing and optimizing sales processes in external markets.
  • Setting tasks for the team, monitoring execution, and developing staff.
  • Achieving sales targets and controlling key commercial indicators.
  • Conducting negotiations and developing partnerships with key clients and distributors.
  • Coordinating operational matters with the office in China, including project support and information exchange.
  • Preparing analytics and reports for management.
  • Representing the company at international exhibitions and industry events.

Conditions and Motivation:

  • Office-based work, full-time, fixed schedule (Mon-Fri, 9:00—18:00).
  • Probation period — 3 months: Month 1 — fixed salary (determined after the interview), From month 2 — fixed salary + commission from sales.
  • After the probation period — an expanded bonus system: fixed salary + % based on performance.
  • Work in an international team focused on developing export sales.
