Marketplace Specialist, Administrator (Amazon EN, UK, US

We are Vilgain 🚀, a fast‑growing food & e‑commerce brand with strong international ambitions. Marketplaces are a key growth channel for us, and we’re looking for an Amazon/Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of Amazon marketplace accounts in the UK and the US.

🔎Our Expectations:

• High-level English (C1 or higher) — you must have a «feel» for the language to create native-level listings. Knowledge of either Spanish or French is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Excel: Working with formulas and data is your core tool.
• Soft Skills: High self-organization, ability to work in «deep work» mode, and full accountability for results.
• Experience: Experience with Amazon Seller Central UK/US of at least 1 year; experience with other marketplaces is a strong advantage. Ability to provide pooves & references
• Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, a laptop (minimum 15»), and a reliable power supply.
• Format: Full-time commitment. This is not a freelance gig or a side project; we require full immersion into our processes.

🎯Your Responsibilities:

Uploading and Optimizing Listing Content: Creating and managing product pages onAmazon.co.uk,Amazon.com and Holland&Barrett

Copywriting & SEO: Writing descriptions according to platform policies and optimizing for French consumer search behaviour.

Account Troubleshooting: Resolving technical issues and communicating with Seller Support (EN).

Keyword Research: In-depth niche analysis and identifying keywords for ranking.

Competitor Analysis: Monitoring the English-speaking markets and analyzing competitor strategies.

Technical Tasks for Designers: Developing briefs for visual content (Infographics, A+ Content).
