    Job Opening: Account Manager for Existing Clients (US Market, Remote)

    Key Responsibilities Supporting and developing the existing client base

    • Calling current customers and warm leads
    • Communicating via email, chats, and messengers
    • Identifying customer needs and offering relevant products or services

    Handling incoming inquiries

    • Responding to calls, emails, applications, and messages
    • Registering orders in the CRM system
    • Supporting clients through to payment

    Working with ready-made scripts

    • Rapid onboarding into the product and FAQ
    • Competent use of scripts during calls
    • Offering optimal solutions within product margin limits

    Reporting and performance analysis

    • Recording results in the CRM
    • Participating in monthly sales summaries
    • Suggesting ideas to improve conversion rates

    Our Ideal Candidate Required skills:

    • Conversational English at B2 level or higher (able to casually chat with US clients)
    • At least 1 year of experience in phone sales or customer service
    • Confident PC user, fast typing skills
    • Strong written and spoken communication in Russian or Ukrainian

    Bonus qualifications:

    • Experience in e-commerce
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
    • Understanding of unit economics and profit margins
    • Experience working with the US market

    Work Conditions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 15:00—23:00 (UTC+3, Kyiv) — equivalent to 9 am-5 pm EST Format: 100% remote, company provides VOIP number and CRM access Compensation: — Fixed base salary (discussed during interview) — Flexible bonus: percentage of sales depending on volume and product margin (the higher the margin, the higher the bonus) Training: Introductory onboarding + up-to-date scripts and materials Career growth: Opportunity to grow into a team lead or key account manager role
