    We are currently seeking a strong, proactive and highly motivated Head of Dispatch Department to supervise our dispatcher group and oversee the daily performance of several company trucks.

    This is a full time job

    Monday to Friday 7:00 — 16:00 Central Standard Time.

    As a Head of Department, you’ll manage a team of dispatchers and coordinate across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day performance and long-term strategic growth.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee and optimize daily dispatch operations: from load booking and negotiation to monitoring and driver communication.
    • Monitor key performance metrics (Gross, RPM, miles, etc) and coach team accordingly
    • Help with onboarding, training, and discipline within the team
    • Help developing dispatcher motivation programs
    • Work closely with upper management to provide data-driven insights and reporting
    • Resolve issues with brokers or drivers when needed.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years experience in the USA trucking/logistics industry is a MUST (preferably with reefer loads).
    • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and people-management skills.
    • Leadership experience as a Dispatch Team Lead, Supervisor, or Head of Dispatch in a U.S. trucking company .
    • Experience monitoring and improving department KPIs.
    • Ability to strategically plan workload distribution, align dispatcher resources with company priorities, and improve truck profitability.
    • Organized, stress-resistant, and committed to building high-performing teams.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to generate reports, spot bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
    • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring dispatchers; capable of giving constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Ukrainian, Russian
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, if needed
