Hello — I’m Sergiy, Head of Business Development at Halo Lab, a design-led product development сompany working with clients in Western Europe and North America.

We’re looking for someone with a thoughtful, research-driven approach to outbound outreach — someone who knows how to identify the right companies, map their stakeholders, and craft professional, tailored communication that earns attention and builds trust.

This is not a role for mass outreach or quick wins. It’s for someone who enjoys precision, depth, and results that come from relevance.

What you’ll do

  • Identify upper mid-market companies (typically 500−5000 employees in specific segments) with at least one B2B SaaS or web product.
  • Research team structure, ownership, and priorities — especially across product, design, and engineering departments.
  • Map key decision-makers and understand the context in which they operate.
  • Build bespoke, channel-appropriate outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) that is human and relevant.
  • Write clearly and credibly — your communication should be executive-ready.
  • Track outreach performance, spot patterns, and optimize based on insights.
  • Collaborate closely with me (Head of BizDev) to shape and refine our account-based approach.

You might be a good fit if you:

  • Have 2−5 years of experience in B2B outbound, research, or sales development — ideally within a service-based tech and/or design business.
  • Think analytically and communicate with clarity.
  • Know how to approach an account strategically, not just tactically.
  • Write with purpose and adapt your tone to different decision-makers.
  • Are highly proactive.
  • Care about building long-term opportunities and conversions to deals, not just booking calls.
