Who we are?

We are a European company that has been thriving in the e-commerce space for over 7 years. We develop and export our own products to more than 14 countries worldwide. Our primary sales channels are Amazon and Shopify.

As we scale and elevate our visual identity, we’re looking for a visionary creative leader — a bold and hands-on Head of Design Department, capable of merging aesthetics with business strategy and leading our design team to new heights. 🧠🎨

We don’t just need a manager. We’re looking for a builder and an inspirer, someone who can transform creative chaos into a structured, scalable process, align visuals with business goals, and consistently raise the design quality bar across every brand touchpoint.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience leading design teams.
• Deep understanding of the entire design process — from concept to final delivery.
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce design projects (packaging, listings, landing pages).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Solid project management experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing and brand management.
• Ability to create and implement brand and design guidelines.
• Experience in budgeting and managing visual content costs.
• A sharp visual eye paired with strategic thinking.
• Understanding of how design drives sales.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and grow a team of designers (2D, 3D, packaging, layout).
• Set up and manage design workflows from brief to delivery.
• Establish an efficient operating rhythm — deadlines, priorities, team syncs.
• Own the quality of visual assets: product listings, packaging, brand visuals, landing pages.
• Manage team workload, time, and design budgets.
• Oversee current and upcoming design projects.
• Keep up with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Represent the design department in reports and strategic meetings.
• Drive innovation by testing and implementing new tools (AI, 3D, etc.).
• Create product listings based on templates and brand books, even without detailed briefs.
