Your responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing English-language agreements and contracts.

• Legal support of the company’s foreign economic operations.

• Ensuring the company’s compliance with international legislation.

• Participating in negotiations with foreign partners.

• Communicating with international law firms and institutions.
