Specialist of Sales support team (KKS)

Specialist of Sales support team (KKS)

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Quotation Creation:

• · Creates Quotation in SAP based on material requests from KVD.
• · Searches for necessary drawings in the CIM-Database for requested materials.
• · Communicates with KVD and clients to clarify missing information.
• · Sends approved Quotations and material drawings to clients.

2. Documentation Processing:

• · Searches for and sends drawings and usage instructions for materials based on client requests.
• · Prepares and adapts PCN (Product Change Notification), manages correspondence with clients.
• · Requests and coordinates the shipment of material samples from Germany, ensuring their receipt by clients.

3. Client Communication and Requests:

• · Gathers project data from clients necessary for pricing and material orders.
• · Informs KVD about the collected project information.

4. Calculations and Administration:

• · Calculates IC Prices for Kostal’s branches and inputs them into SAP.
• · Processes requests for crimped parts from KOSTAL Ukraine, including creating quotations and Sales Orders for crimping services.

5. SAP Operation:

• · Inputs and verifies work hour data for KVD and Quality departments (Germany) weekly and generates monthly reports.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher education;
• Professional PC skills MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Spoken and written technical English skills — B2 level;
• Work experience at industrial enterprise and proficiency in SAP;
• Responsibility, proactivity, teamwork, resistance to stressful situations.
