Dispatcher (Trainee, USA, car hauling)

Str Auto is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dispatcher. As a Trainee Dispatcher, you will work closely with our dispatch team to coordinate and manage the transportation of vehicles across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Work with dispatch team to schedule and manage the pickup and delivery of vehicles
• Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers, drivers, and other stakeholders
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipments and resolve any issues or concerns
• Learn and understand federal regulations and company policies related to the transportation industry

Requirements:

• Fluency in English at a level not lower than B1
• Previous experience in logistics in the United States or European Union is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software programs
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
