Project Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Supply Chain Specialist to support our business operations in Ukraine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply coordination for key projects, including material planning, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and execute E2E supply chain processes for key projects: including material forecasting, production coordination, inbound/outbound logistics, and customs clearance.
2. Design supply solutions based on specific project delivery needs and constraints.
3. Prepare and manage shipping documents: confirmations, tracking, and issue resolution throughout the delivery lifecycle.
4. Work closely with the regional Supply Chain team to ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.
5. Collaborate across departments: Sales, Finance, Project Management, and external Customers to align supply execution with project goals.
6. Monitor and report key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover (ITO), lead time, logistics cost, and delivery accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or international trade (experience in project-based or B2B delivery is a plus).
• Solid understanding of Incoterms 2020, customs clearance procedures, and cross-border logistics.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese language is a advantage.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment and under tight deadlines.
