Job requirements:
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor degree or technical diploma in data management information system, or relevant field in data collection and analysis processing.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in data management or in-depth knowledge and skills in data processing is preferred.
- Understand data protection and security principles.
- Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
- Knowledge of spoken and written English is desirable.
- Experience working in similar positions in a humanitarian/recovery context is a plus
- Good report writing skills
- Solid ability to use Microsoft products with exceptional skills in Excel, Access and Power Point.
- Experience, or knowledge in using data collection and analysis platforms such as KoBoToolbox or other systems is a plus.

Responsibilities and duties:
Field Monitoring & Learning:
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project locations together with program teams and/or TGH’s partners to assess the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of assistance.
- Use standardized tools to gather data through observations, interviews, and structured surveys.
- Document findings and recommendations and share them through Monitoring Visit Reports.
- Organize and facilitate post-monitoring Lessons Learned sessions with program teams jointly with the MEAL Manager.
- Support data collection for evaluations, needs assessments, PDMs and other MEAL exercises.
Accountability to Affected Populations
- Being accessible and respectful representative of TGH during community visits.
- Ensure communities are informed about project objectives, targeting criteria, and FCRM channels.
- Assist individuals in submitting complaints and feedback as needed and ensure timely referrals.
- Participate in monthly FCRM data analysis, reporting, and learning sessions with the MEAL Hotline Officer under the supervision of the MEAL Manager.
- Contribute to improving visibility of TGH’s presence and actions in communities, through clear explanations and distribution of visibility materials.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Draft timely and clear documentation, including Monitoring Visit Reports and Field Feedback Reports.
- Support monthly accountability summaries (e.g., FCRM dashboards) and case documentation.
- Ensure all collected data and documentation is stored securely and confidentially.
Support & Substitution:
- Provide back-up support to the MEAL Hotline Officer during periods of absence (e.g., sick leave, vacation).
- Support with urgent MEAL tasks as requested by the MEAL Manager.
- Assist with improving MEAL tools and visibility materials.
