We’re a perfect match if you:

• Have more than a year of experience in project management;
• Live and breathe the gaming industry, are an experienced gamer, and know your way around game genres;
• Communicate easily and build rapport with people;
• Are confident in using Google services and Slack or other task managers (Jira, Trello, etc.);
• Have an analytical mindset, can foresee potential issues, and suggest ways to resolve them;
• Are a natural leader who can help, focus, and motivate a team;
• Speak English at a B1/B2 level or higher.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with Unity or other game engines;
• Experience with GIT/Unity Collab;
• Advanced knowledge of Jira;
• Previous experience in a GameDev company in any position.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Organizing the workflow of your team of specialists;
• Monitoring the project status, task progress, priorities, and deadlines;
• Maintaining ongoing communication with the client throughout the development process;
• Providing regular reports on task progress and overall project development;
• Presenting completed solutions, demos, and prototypes;
• Optimizing processes within your team.
