The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who has experience overseeing digital marketing projects and a working knowledge of SEO. This is not an SEO specialist role, but you’ll be expected to coordinate between SEO, content, and development teams and ensure projects stay on track and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflows across multiple client accounts
• Coordinate between SEO, content, development, and account teams
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and team assignments using a tool like Monday.com.
• Run weekly status meetings and report progress to leadership
• Ensure SEO audits, reports, and action items are implemented on time
• Perform light SEO QA: title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, etc.
• Support client communication and ensure expectations are met
• Proactively identify project bottlenecks and help resolve them

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital project management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong written English — clarity, grammar, and tone matter
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Excellent time management and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with remote teams and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability

Nice to Have

• Good verbal English communication skills (for occasional client calls or internal meetings)
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of on-page SEO or content optimization
