Paralegal, Antitrust and Competition

We invite you to join the Arzinger team for the Paralegal position.

Responsibilities:

• participation in legal support of Antitrust & Competitio issues arising at the Ukrainian and international levels.
• drafting necessary documents (memoranda, legal opinions, agreements, position papers);
• PR activity (publications, comments, conferences etc);
• monitoring legislative changes and court practice;
• general legal support for projects of the practice.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant experience;
• university degree in Law;
• excellent knowledge of Ukrainian Antitrust & Competitio issues will be an advantage;
• advanced English is a must;
• proficient drafting of analytical and procedural documents;
• analytical and strategic thinking;
• experienced PC, Liga user;
• ability to work with extensive volumes of information under tight deadlines.
