Transportation Dispatcher

We are looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to join OVN LLC’s growing team in our Vinnytsia office (Vyshenka District). This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in U.S.-based trucking or logistics, particularly in truck dispatching, driver coordination, or fleet management. We will also consider highly motivated candidates without experience who demonstrate a high level of English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations).
• Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle.
• Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution in real time.

Required Qualifications:

• High proficiency in English (fluent written and spoken communication; additional languages are a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Stress resilience to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.
• Solid knowledge of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps.

Preferred Experience:

• 6 months of experience in dispatching, freight brokerage, or customer support in logistics; experience in U.S. truck dispatching is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.
• Understanding of U.S. geography and time zones.
