International Sales Manager (Export Markets)

About the company: We are a large and well-established Ukrainian machine-building company, manufacturing a wide range of electrical and industrial products. As we continue to expand our export operations, we are looking for experienced and motivated International Sales Managers to join our growing global sales team.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct market research and identify opportunities in international markets across diverse technical product categories.
• Contribute to developing the company’s business growth strategy in selected regions.
• Build and expand relationships with foreign distributors, dealers, and retail partners (B2B, B2C, DIY).
• Develop and manage the international client base; participate in tenders and trade negotiations.
• Negotiate and close international contracts and sales agreements.
• Plan and coordinate export operations in cooperation with logistics and production teams.
• Drive brand awareness and support marketing initiatives, including trade shows and promotional campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• Higher education; a technical or engineering background will be a strong advantage.
• English level — upper-intermediate (B2) or higher.
