📌 Responsibilities

• 📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls with hot & cold leads.

• 🤝 Sell insurance policies to U.S. business clients.

• 🌐 Generate new business via calls, social media outreach, referrals, and networking.

• 📋 Use AMS 360 for data entry, policy management, and document uploads.

• 🔄 Guide clients through the insurance process and close deals.

• 🎯 Achieve and exceed sales targets.

✅ Requirements

• Previous sales experience (insurance is a plus).

• English C1-C2, fluent.

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with outbound calls and fast-paced sales.

• Highly motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: base + commissions ($1,000 + comm-s $50-$300 per closed policy). Average monthly income: $1500-$2500

• Paid Time Off:

  🔹 After 3 months — 5 personal + 7 sick days

  🔹 After 1 year — 2 weeks vacation
