We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.

We are looking for a Sales Manager in Estonia.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Estonian — at least B2 level

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience

  • Experience in lead generation and negotiation

  • Experience in logistics companies, CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) is a plus

  • Understanding of the Central European local market is a plus

  • Results-oriented with a strong business development focus

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team

  • Flexibility, readiness for new challenges, and quick learning

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Generation (Sales Development Representative functions):

  • Identifying potential clients (via online resources, events, conferences, referrals)

  • Initial communication (cold calls, email campaigns, messaging)

  • Qualifying leads according to business needs, updating CRM, and managing qualified leads in the sales pipeline

Sales:

  • Conducting online/offline meetings with potential clients

  • Presenting the company’s services and solutions

  • Negotiating terms, preparing commercial proposals, and participating in negotiations

  • Closing deals and achieving sales targets

Account Management:

  • Managing signed agreements and ensuring compliance with obligations

  • Building long-term client relationships

  • Identifying additional needs and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Resolving operational and organizational client issues on a daily basis
