Roadside Assistance (US Logistics)

Terms: Full-time

Employment: ФОП, the company covers all taxes and provides a paid training period, 2 weeks of paid vacation annually, 1 week of paid sick leave annually, and birthday leave.

Working Hours: 15:00 — 01:00 (Kyiv time), Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working on weekends for additional compensation.

About the role: The Roadside Assistance Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s roadside assistance program. This includes overseeing the dispatch of roadside assistance technicians, coordinating with customers, and ensuring that all roadside assistance services are provided in a timely and efficient manner

Responsibilities:

• Ensure qualitative driver focus and timely addressing of drivers` needs, and all roadside assistance services are provided in a timely and efficient manner;
• Develop relevant RA services database targeted to organize and provide timely, adequate, cost efficient service of vehicles, tow trucks, or mechanics to the location of the stranded truck.
• Oversee the dispatch of roadside assistance technicians to customer locations
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure that they are informed of the status of their roadside assistance request
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely records related to roadside assistance in company systems.
• Track and analyze roadside assistance data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new roadside assistance programs and initiatives
• Manage the roadside assistance budget.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a customer service or operations role preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the freight industry and roadside assistance programs, Microsoft 360, and company systems required
