We are a UK-based international company looking for a versatile Execution Specialist — a multi-functional professional who will support client operations, pricing, commercial execution, and coordination with logistics partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple processes simultaneously and ensuring smooth execution from client request to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and developing existing B2B client relationships

• Maintaining ongoing business communication with clients in English (written and verbal)

• Preparing cost calculations and pricing proposals

• Creating and sending commercial offers to clients

• Regularly updating price lists and pricing data in Excel

• Coordinating between manufacturers and logistics partners

  (aligning production readiness, shipment timing, and vehicle availability)

• Communicating with external logistics companies

  (no need to source transport independently)

• Supporting operational and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department manager

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, operations, commercial support, or a related field

  (or strong willingness to learn and grow in this area)

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

• Strong proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, calculations)

• Ability to independently calculate costs and build pricing structures

• Excellent business communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, cross-functional role

• Proactive, results-oriented mindset
