Foreign Economic Activity Manager, International Trade Specialist

We are an international company headquartered in the UK and are looking for an experienced Foreign Economic Activity Manager to join our team. The role focuses on international sales, client relationship management, commercial pricing, and coordination of international shipments with logistics partners.

This position is suitable for a ready, experienced specialist with a background in international trade, international sales, and logistics coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the existing international B2B client base.

• Handle and process incoming requests from existing and new clients.

• Prepare commercial offers, cost calculations, and pricing proposals.

• Build pricing structures and calculate product costs.

• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners (manage shipment schedules and delivery timelines).

• Communicate with international logistics companies and external partners.

• Support operational tasks assigned by the department manager.

Requirements

• Proven experience in foreign economic activity / international trade.
• Experience in international sales.
• Knowledge of international logistics fundamentals (shipment coordination, transportation organization, interaction with logistics partners).
• Strong proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, calculations).
• Experience preparing commercial offers and pricing calculations.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking, cross-functional role.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Interest in working in an international business environment.
