Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our small team and help us build and grow communities around our affiliate projects in the iGaming industry. The main focus will be on managing our Telegram group, with Discord as an additional channel. We need someone proactive, independent, and creative who can bring ideas to life and keep the community engaged.

Main responsibilities:

• Launch, structure, and manage our Telegram chat (and Discord server as a secondary channel)

• Stimulate conversations, engage with users, and keep the community active

• Organize community activities such as contests, tournaments, and challenges in collaboration with our casino partners

• Create and execute a basic content/engagement plan (announcements, polls, memes, discussions, etc.)

• Promote the community across relevant platforms (organic and/or paid) to bring in new members

• Collect user feedback and report insights that can help us improve our projects

Requirements:

• Working proficiency in English

• Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities (crypto or gambling niche is a big plus)

• Creativity and ability to come up with activities that stimulate user engagement

• Independence, reliability, and good communication skills
