Intern (Real Estate and Energy Practice)

NTEGRITES is looking for a highly motivated Intern (Part-Time or Full-Time) to join our Real estate and energy team in Kyiv.

Key duties:

• Undertaking research on legal matters under Ukrainian legislation and drafting memos and emails of advice for senior colleagues;
• Drafting legal documents, including commercial agreements and letters;
• Participating in legal due diligence analysis;
• Undertaking exhibit preparation.

Requirements:

• Law graduate or 4-th-year (or above) student of a reputable Ukrainian university;
• Excellent knowledge of Civil and Land law;
• Strong written and spoken Ukrainian and English skills;
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines;
• High attention to detail and accuracy ;
• Proficiency in MS-Office, legal databases (Liga, etc.).
