Sales Manager (France)

Nova Post France is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager in Marseille

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with experience in B2B sales. If you have experience managing clients from the first contact to contract signing, are fluent in French, and results-oriented, we would be delighted to have you join our team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales

• French language proficiency and english at B2 level or higher

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or forwarding services is a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Independence, proactivity, and strong results orientation

Main Responsibilities:

• Full sales process management: from lead acquisition to contract signing

• Present products and services during meetings or online

• Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close deals

• Prepare tailored commercial proposals

• Collaborate with account management team and hand over clients after deal closure

• Work with CRM systems and prepare reports

• Monitor the market and competitors, providing feedback to the team
