Main responsibilities

• Drafting procedural documents, letters, e-mails;
• Interaction with state authorities, courts and other bodies, notaries;
• Analysis of procedural documents, preparation of reports and opinions;
• Analysis of judicial practice;
• Conducting client projects

Key requirements

• Law degree from a reputable university;
• 2+ years of successful work experience as a paralegal/junior associate in a reputable international or leading Ukrainian law firm;
• Fluent English and Ukrainian (fluency in other foreign languages is an advantage);
• Excellent analytical, research, and legal writing skills;
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, result- and client-oriented approach, the ability to work independently and in team;
• Proficiency with MS Office software, online resources and legal databases
